A brand new platform on brand new infrastructure, with a long list of new features. Your login, your web address and your app all stay exactly the same.
A note from our founder
Matthew Talia Founder and CEO, LinxioWhen we asked for your feedback in our last customer survey, two things came up again and again: the outages we had during 2025, and the delays some of you saw in live tracking.
You were right to raise them. A tracking platform that drops out, or shows a vehicle where it was two minutes ago, isn't doing its job. So over the last 12 months our team rebuilt Linxio from the ground up, starting with the servers and data pipeline that sit underneath everything you see.
This page walks through what we built, what it means for you, what you'll get on day one, and what's following in the first quarter of 2027. The short version for getting ready: there's very little you need to do.
Matthew
Stability first
Linxio 3.0 runs on entirely new server infrastructure, designed around the two problems you told us about most. Here's what that looks like in numbers and in practice.
The most downtime each uptime level allows across a full year.
Our target for Linxio 3.0 is 99.99%, which allows less than an hour of downtime over a whole year. We'll publish how we're tracking against it.
The two biggest concerns from our last customer survey.
| You told us | What 3.0 does |
|---|---|
| "The platform went down too often in 2025." Server stability | New infrastructure built from scratch, with a 99.99% uptime target. Capacity grows automatically as more vehicles come online, so busy periods won't slow things down. |
| "Live tracking was lagging behind my vehicles." Tracking delays | Every position update is processed the moment it reaches us. The live map and your alerts keep pace with your vehicles. |
| "I worry about losing data when things go wrong." Data safety | If an event fails to process, it's captured and reprocessed automatically. History is archived securely, and Linxio is ISO 27001 certified. |
From the tracker in your vehicle to the dot on your screen, every step has been rebuilt to be fast and to recover on its own if something goes wrong.
Moving to 3.0
We'll migrate every account for you. Each migration is checked against your existing data before anything is switched over, so you pick up exactly where you left off.
There's nothing technical to do. A little preparation means your team won't be caught off guard when they log in and see the new look. Tick them off as you go.
Available at launch
Everything you use today has been rebuilt for 3.0, and a lot of it has picked up new tricks along the way. Try the new trip playback below.
New in 3.0
Scrub through a driver's day at anywhere from 1x to 32x with a live speed graph running alongside. Routes now snap to the actual road, and every trip shows a clear start and end address.
Turn on the infractions overlay and you'll see harsh braking, cornering and speeding events right on the route.
Coming in Q1 2027
The new foundation means we can build and ship much faster. Here's what we're rolling out progressively through the first quarter of 2027, and who it's built for.
